Terms of Service

NestLog is a home management tool for personal, household use. By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account.
• Use the service lawfully and not for any harmful or illegal purpose.
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK).

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@mynestlog.com.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

You own everything you upload to NestLog — photos, receipts, notes, and records. We don't claim any ownership over your content.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service to you. We will never use your content for advertising or share it with third parties.

Please don't upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware.

NestLog offers both free and paid tiers. Paid plan details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page.

• Billing — paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Cancellation — you can cancel anytime from Settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds — we offer a pro-rata refund within 14 days of a charge if you contact us.

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee the service will be available 100% of the time. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or experience unexpected outages. We'll communicate planned downtime in advance when possible.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' data.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the service without permission.
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the NestLog application.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure.

The NestLog name, logo, and application code are owned by NestLog. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding or intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service normally.

NestLog is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable and accurate, but we make no guarantees. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information stored in NestLog (e.g., home valuations, maintenance schedules).

To the extent permitted by law, NestLog's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $50 if you are on a free plan).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of NestLog after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
